I am currently a Medical student at Keele and a graduate from the University of Salford, achieving a 1st in my degree in Human Biology and Infectious Disease. Achieving the highest mark within my university. I was responsible for a programme known as GEMMS which is for supporting students in their medicine/dentistry applications, assisting them in interview technique and for the entrance exams.
I have mentored and tutored for 5+ years, helping students to achieve grade 9 in maths. I currently tutor Mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry for A-levels and below.
I am a fun person who particular loves his sports. Seeing the improvement and progress a child can make in a short amount of time is always the best feeling and I strive to help you achieve your goals and beyond. Sometimes having that 1 to 1 session can make all the difference in clearing up any worries about a topic.
I begin my classes by asking the student what they want to learn or discuss during the session. If they have a doubt in a concept, I will ask them to explain the same concept to me in their own words and correct them wherever necessary. I will provide some good methods to study or approach that topic. I will conclude the lesson by asking them if there is anything they would like to discuss in our next session so that I could prepare some questions in advance. I will also regularly be assessing your improvement through the use of practice papers to get an idea of where the student is at and how they can further improve. I am a 22 year old student at the University of Liverpool, currently studying a Master's in Environmental Science after graduating with a First Class Marine Biology degree.

I have taught Music, History and Religious Studies to A Level as well as Maths and English to GCSE level. My private students have enjoyed a 100% exam pass rate with the majority achieving a grade 6 or above.
Following the pandemic, I took the decision to move in to Special Educational Needs and have been awarded a diploma in SEND. My work now primarily focuses on motivating students with Special Educational Needs to achieve their maximum potential in English and Maths. I have worked in a Special Needs College and have also worked for an alternative education provider.
Over my career, I have taught students with a variety of special needs including, but not exclusively, ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome.
I enjoy making use of technology and assisted technology in sessions and am keen to promote a love of learning in all the students that I teach.
In my spare time, I play the piano and the organ. I am additionally a singing teacher registered with AOTOS. I also enjoy spending time in the gym and hill walking.
