Typical lessons involve a mixture of exam questions coaching combined with interactive teaching on areas students find difficult, however I am happy to adjust my approach to students’ needs.

I have considerable experience working through the whole of KS2. I am fully up-to-date with curriculum requirements and enjoy preparing dynamic and enjoyable lessons in order to help my pupils to achieve their full potential. I am able to support and challenge pupils with differing current levels of attainment. I currently teach in Year 6 and have extensive experience of and success in SAT preparation. My approach to teaching is one in which I use my experience to quickly and thoroughly assess where the strengths of my pupils lie and where they may be experiencing challenges and gaps in understanding.
