Hi! I am a young and friendly BSc student at the University of Bath. I have just recently finished my A-levels so am up to date with the current specification! I achieved A*AB at A-level, and obtained offers from various prestigous universities including the University of Durham, and was invitied to interview by the University of Cambridge. I am currently taking a gap year but will be resuming my studies in September, in Politics and International Relations. I achieved a grade 9 in Geography at GCSE and an A* at A-level, largely due to my passion and commitment to the subject, and tutored Y11 students in GCSE Geography during sixth form as a result of my school's student mentoring program. I have both understanding of the course as well as understanding of the mark scheme meaning I am able to bring up the grades of students and help them in both regards. I also achieved a high mark in my A-level Geography coursework and am excited at the prospect of aiding other students in obtaining similar grades. Over my A-levels, I also produced a large bank of resources that I am willing to share during tutoring, and a bank of 9 mark and 20 mark questions which I believe would be useful to go through with students. I hope to meet you soon, and discuss what tutoring style would best meet your requirements :) As I have now written two sucessful personal statements, I am also able to aid Y12/13 students in this regard - this is something I have already helped mutliple friends with! |
