I want to support them in English, be a positive role model for them and having a good relationship with them so that they enjoy learning and don't find it boring. I always try to make a session interesting for the students so that they can grasp the knowledge for life not just for a exam or a assessment. I believe education doest always have too be related to books, it can be also channelised through mediums of sport, music and other co curricular activities which makes the session more engaging for the students. I currently support students with SEND. |
