I have been teaching French and Spanish for over 25 years, in secondary schools, adult education courses and business companies. I have also implemented and developed a Latin GCSE course in my local school, which has been thriving for 25 years. I am experienced in teaching all levels up to advanced for French and A'level for Spanish and Latin.
I welcome learners from all academic and cultural backgrounds, all ages and abilities; I am just keen to share my linguistic skills!

I currently work at Citigroup as a Corporate Banking Analyst, having graduated from the University of Warwick with a First Class (with Honours) degree in BSc Economics. My undergraduate dissertation explored housing economics and its relationship with marriage and fertility outcomes, with other areas of focus including trade, financial, behavioural and industrial economics. Having achieved top grades at IGCSE and as part of my International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at King's College School Wimbledon, I am confident that I have the background to help you achieve similar grades. I have also worked with children during my school years as part of an outreach programme where we went to local primary schools each week to aid the enhancement of their learning. As a qualified teacher for both MFL and ESOL, I have been teaching Spanish (KS3-KS5) and French (KS3) for a few years in secondary schools. Also I have been tutoring Spanish mainly in the evenings for over ten years. (KS4-KS5/Adults).
More recently, I worked as a Learning Support Practitioner for ESOL in a college. (19+).
I look to enable each student to achieve what they are aiming for - whether it be the top grade at A level, GCSE or entrance to a Private Selective School at 7+, 11+ or 13+ level for the Common Entrance Examinations or else to a Grammar School of their choice or to brush up their level in English or Maths.
I am very positive in my outlook and always look to bring the best out of each student I teach. I have enabled many children to achieve their aims in over 10 years of tutoring experience.
I also run a revision course programme specialising in GCSE and A level/ IB for all subjects from Year 10 onwards.
